Famous For: Winner of Gold Medal at the L.A. County Fair olive oil competition 2005 and 2006, and also Biol Prize in the international section of the Premio Biol competition for organic olive oils in Italy 2005. They are listed in Judy Ridgway's book, "Best Olive Oil Buys Round the World".


Highly Recommended: Tuscan cultivars, Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino and Moraiolo olives are harvested separately and processed within hours by their dedicated organic press on site. Careful blending produces an oil with complex, fresh, fruity flavours with a hint or pepper and very low free acidity.
